এক সুমুদ্র পানিও একটি জাহাজকে ডুবাতে পারে না যতক্ষন না এটা জাহাজের ভেতর ঘুকতে পারে

জীবন খারাপ ভাল সবরকম সময়ের মধ্য দিয়েই যায় । কিন্তু একজন ব্যাক্তি হিসেবে আমাদের যেটা দ্বায়িত্ব থাকে তা হল খারাপ মুহুর্ত গুলার জন্য জীবনে প্রতিরোধ গড়ে তোলা এবং সেই ভাল মুহুর্ত গুলাকে জীবনে ধরে রাখা যা সারা জীবন মনে প্রশান্তি দিয়ে যায় । কিন্তু জীবনের বাস্তবতায় চলতে গেলে আমাদের নানা রকম মানুষের সংঙ্গে উঠাবসা চলাফেরা করতে হয় । এই বন্ধুর পথে বুঝে উঠা খুবই কষ্টকর কে কোন প্রকৃতির মানুষ এবং কার মনে কি আছে, তবে  চেহারা মানুষের পরিচায়ক, মানুষের চেহারার দিকে তাকালে হালকা হলেও আন্দাজ করা যায় উনি কোন প্রকৃতির ।

বন্ধু চেনা জীবনে খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ন । আমার আজকের যে টপিক নিয়ে আমি আলচনা করছি সেটা হবে কিছুটা সর্তকতা মুলক এবং কিছুটা শিক্ষামূলক । মুল আলচনায় যাবার আগে প্রসঙ্গটা উল্লেখ করে নেই আমি কেন এই আলোচনা করছি । কিছু দিন আগে আমাদের অফিসে একটি ছেলে জব করতে আসে । ছেলেটির স্কিল খারাপ ছিল না । স্বভাবত আমাদের অফিসের ডিউটি চলে রাতে । ওই ছেলেটিও সারা রাত কাজ করে কিন্তু রাত শেষে সকাল বেলা যে শিক্ষাটি আমাদের দিয়ে যায় তা ছিল কিছুটা এই রকম । (২টা ল্যাপটপ, একটা ওয়াফাই এ্যাডাপটর, আর সবার পকট থেকে মোট মাট ৪০০০ হাজারের মত টাকা) বুঝতেই পারছেন আর মনে হয় বলার দরকার নেই । এর পর থেকে আমাদের অফিসের ডিউটি ডিসেন্ট্রালােইজড হয়ে গেছে । সবাই এখন অনলাইনে কাজ করে । এই ঘটনাটি আমাকে একটি কথাই মনে করিয়ে দিয়েছে ”এক সুমুদ্র পানিও একটি জাহাজকে ডুবাতে পারে না যতক্ষন না পর্যন্ত এটি তার ভেতরে ঢুকতে পারে”

আসুন এখন জেনে নেই কিছু প্রয়োজনিয় বিষয়....

১. এই ধরনের সিকুরিটি ইসুর ক্ষেত্রে শুধু বিশ্বাসটাকেই প্রায়রিটি দিবেন না বিশ্বাসের সাথে সাথে কর্মিদের প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টস গুলাও কম্পানীর আয়াত্মে নিয়ে নিন ।
২. প্রয়জন হলে কর্মিদের স্ট্রং রেফারেন্স নিয়ে নিন কারন কোন প্রকার আনসারটেইন ঘটনার জন্য তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা যেতে পারে ।
৩. দরকার হলে পুলিম ক্লেয়ারেন্স সার্টিফিকেট নিয়ে নিন কাউকে জব দেওয়ার আগে ।

এই ধরনের কিছু বিছিন্ন ঘটনার জন্য মানুষের মন থেকে ধিরে ধিরে শুধু বিশ্বাসের প্রতি আস্থাটা মকে যাচ্ছে এবং পৃথিবি হয়ে যাচ্ছে পুরা যান্ত্রিক ।

শীত এবং মানবিকভাবে আমাদের করনীয় ।

শীতের এই শিতল হাওয়া শরিরে লাগতেই সারা শরির অস্বাভাবিক ভাবে কেপে উঠছে । শীতের সকালে গ্রামের মেঠো পথবেয়ে চলার মজাই আলাদা । আর বিশেষ করে সেই সময়টি যদি চারিদিকে কুয়াশা আবৃত সময় হয় তাহলেতো কথাই নেই । সকাল কিংবা বিকেল হোক গ্রাম মানেই প্রচুর শীত ।

শহরে জীবনে শীতের উপস্থিতি খুব একটা বেশীদিন থাকে না । তাছারাও শহরে শীত একটু কমই পড়ে । কিন্তু তার মানে এই না যে শহরে শীতই পরে না । শীততো সবখানেই পড়ে । একবার কল্পনা করে দেখুনতো আমরা হাজারটা কাপর শরিরে পরে শরীরের শীত নিবারন করার চেষ্টা করছি অথচ রাস্তার ধারে বস্তা মোরা দিয়ে শুয়ে থাকা ওই ছেলেটির কি হচ্ছে? আমি জানি এবং আমার লিখতেও কেমন যেন লাগছে, কারন কথা আমরা সবাই বলি মানবতার কথা সাম্যের কথা কিন্তু কাজ আমরা কয়জোন করি? আমাদের দেশে মানুষ আজ অনেক সুখে আছে । মারা যায় না আজ আর কেউ খ্যাদ্যের অভাবে । সাবার খাদ্যের অধিকার আজ নিশ্চিৎ কিন্তু তবুও কেন রাস্তার দুই ধার দিয়ে এতো পথ শিশুকে ঘুরতে দেখা যায় যারা কিনা খ্যাদ্যের অভাবে ঘুরছে? যারা কিনা মানবেতর শীতের কষ্টে দিন কাটাচ্ছে? কারন বাস্তবিক পক্ষে সবার জন্য আজো আমরা নিশ্চিৎ করতে পারি নাই সামাজিক নিরাপত্তা বেস্টনী ।  হাজার হাজার টাকা অর্থকরির মাঝে মানবতাহীনভাবে আপনি যে হাজারটা দিন কাটাবেন তারচাইতে এই পথশিশুরে মাঝে একটা সময় বসে তাদেরকে একটু সাহায্য করে হয়তো বা এক প্লেট ভাত অথবা একটি শীত বস্ত্র তাদের হাতে তুলে দিয়ে মন থেকে ভালবেসে কয়েকটি ঘন্টা সময় তাদের সাথে পার করে দেখুন আমি গ্যারান্টি দিয়ে বলতে পারি আপনাকে, আপনার জীবনের সবচাইতে আনন্দের সময় কাটাবেন সেই সময়টি । করন সাহায্যের চাইতে সহানুভুতির খমতা অনেক বেশি । 

চলনবিল জাদুঘর

দেশের বৃহত্তর বিল চলনবিলের মধ্যস্থলে নাটোর জেলার গুরুদাসপুর উপজেলার খুবজীপুর গ্রামে এই জাদুঘরটির অবস্থান । জ্ঞানপিপাসু অধ্যাক্ষ আব্দুল হামিদ ১৯৮৭ সালের ১ লা সেপ্টেম্বর এই জাদুঘটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন । জুদুঘরটি উপজেলা সদর থেকে ৫-৬ কি.মি দুরে আবস্থিত । চলনবিল অঞ্চলের প্রাচীন কীর্তি সম্পর্কে গবেষনা করে লুপ্ত ইতিহাস উদ্ধার; প্রাচীন ঔতিহাসিক ও কৃষ্টিগত নিদর্শন প্রত্নরাজী, শিলালিপি টেরা কোটা ও বিভিন্ন দর্শনীয় বস্তু, মাছ, ঝিনুক, শালুক ইত্যাদির নমুনা সংরক্ষন সহ অতীত ও ভবিষ্যতের মধ্যে সেতু বন্ধন রচনার অভিপ্রায়ে এই জাদুঘর প্রতিষ্টিত ।

১৯৮১ সালে সরকারী ভাবে এ জাদুঘরের জন্য পাঁচকাটা জমি দেয়া হয় । ৮৪-৮৫ সালে নরওয়ের দাতা সংস্থা নরওয়ে সরকারের প্রজেক্ট নরওয়ে এজেন্টি (নোরাট) ১ লাখ ২০ হাজার টাকা অনুদান দেন ও ৮৫-৮৬ সালে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রনালয়ের অর্থায়নে গড়ে তোলা হয় জাদুঘর ভবন । ৯০ সালের ১৫ মার্চ সরকারের প্রত্নতত্ত্ব ও জাদুঘর অধিদপ্তরের অধীনে এই জাদুঘড়টি রেজিষ্ট্রি করা হয় । রেজিষ্ট্রি হবার পূর্বে এটি বেসরকারী ব্যবস্থাপনায় (স্থানিয় ব্যাবস্থাপনায়) চলত । সম্রাট আলমগীর বাদশা নাসির উদ্দিনের হতে লেখা কোরআন শরীফ সহ পুরনো তুলট কাগজে হাতে লেখা তিন চার বছরের ৮ টি সম্পূর্ন  ও আংশিক কোরনআন শরীফ সহ ১৫ টি হাদিস শরীফ এবং বহু সংক্ষক ধর্মগ্রন্থ আছে এই জাদুঘরে ।  গাছের বাকলে লেখা ২ টি সংকৃত পৃঁথি, তিন শতাধিক বছরের পুরনো তুলট কাগজে লেখা বিষহড়ি গ্রন্থ, পূরান, মনসা মঙ্গল সহ আরও অনেক গ্রন্থের পান্ডুলিপি আছে, কষ্টি পাথরের সূর্য দেব, বিষ্ণু ও মার্তৃকা সিৃতি সহ নানা গবেষনা গ্রন্থ ।

 ৯০ টি দেশের মুদ্রা ও অ্যামেরিকার প্রেসিডেন্ট আব্রাহাম লিংকনের বার্তা এ্যড্রেস(এগুলো বর্তমানে আঞ্চলিক জাদুঘরে স্থানান্তরিত) । ডাকটিকেট, ঘট বাংলা অক্ষরের বর্ননাক্রম, বিভিন্ন শাসন আমলের টেরাকোটা, লিলা ও অকরিক, বিভিন্ন গাছের পাতা সহ নানা দুর্লভ বস্তু । বাংলার ইতিহাস ঐতিহ্যের এসব মহামূল্যবান বস্তু যত্নের অভাবে এখন ধংসের মুখে । জাদুঘরের দর্শনার্থীর সংখ্যা বৃদ্ধি পেলেও এখানে টয়লেট সহ পানীয় জলের কোন ব্যবস্থা নেই । এবং দ্বিতল ভবনের উপর তলার অবস্থা খুবই শোচনীয় । বিল্ডিং এ ফাটল ধরেছে  এবং মাঝে মাঝে পলেস্টার খসে পড়ছে । এটি সংস্কার করা না হলে যে কোন মুহুর্তে বড় ধরনের র্দূঘটনায় জীবন ও সম্পদের হানি হতে পারে । মূল্যবান দলিল দস্তাবেজ সংরক্ষনের প্রয়োজনীয় উদ্দোগের অভাবে নষ্ট হতে চলেছে ।
জনগনের দাবী তারা যে প্রত্যশা নিয়ে এটি সরকারের নিকট হস্তান্তর করেছিল সেটি সেই আশ্বাস ও প্রত্যাশার বাস্তবায়ন তার দেখতে চায় । এবং এই আশ্বাসের বাস্তবায়ন হলেই জাদুঘরটি ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজম্মের কাছে হয়ে উঠবে প্রত্নতাত্ত্বিক নিদর্শনের একটি প্রান কেন্দ্র । এবং ঐতিহাসিক গবেষনার এক অনন্য প্রান কেন্দ্র ।

চলুন ঘুরে আসি চলনবিল

বাংলাদেশ খুব একটা বড় দেশ নয় যদি ইচ্ছা করেন তাহলে পুরা দেশটাকেই চক্কর মারতে পারবেন খুব সহজেই । তবে বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক হিসেবে আমাদের দেশের প্রতিটি দর্শনিয় স্থান সমন্ধেই জানা উচিৎ । তেমনি বেরানোর মত একটি স্থান হল চলনবিল । নিচের ছবি গুলোর জন্য আমি সম্পূর্ণ ক্রেডিট দেই ফেসবুকের আমাদের নাটোর পেজকে । চলনবিল ভ্রমনের তথ্যের জন্য ছবি গুলোর নিচে লক্ষ করুন ।

আপনি যদি বাংলাদেশের যেকন স্থানে বসবাস করেন এবং চলনবিলে একবারের জন্য হলেও ভ্রমন করতে আগ্রহী হন তাহলে এই পোস্টটি অবশ্যই আপনাকে সাহায্য করবে । চলনবিলের প্রধান আর্কষণ হল এই বিল সচারচর বাংলাদেশের আর দশটি বিলের মত না । কারন বর্ষা মৌসুমে এই বিলে পানি স্রতের ধারায় প্রবাহিত হয় । সচারচর বিলে স্রোত দেখা যায় না কিন্তু চলনবিলের নামকরনের সাথেই চলন কথাটার একটা সার্থকতা আছে । বর্ষা মৌসুমে বিলের উত্তর পশ্চিম দিক থেকে স্রতের ধারায় পানি বিলের ভেতরে প্রবেশ করে এবং পূর্ব দক্ষিন দিক দিয়ে প্রবাহিত হয়ে বের হয়ে যায় । চলনবিলের পানি প্রধান উৎস আত্রাই নদী । গ্রীষ্য মৌসুমে ধান চাষের জন্য অত্রাই নদীর পানিকে কৃত্তিমভাবে রাবারড্রাম প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে চলনবিলের ভেতর দিয়ে প্রবাহিত করা হয় এবং যার ফলে হাজার হাজার ধান চাষি উপকৃত হয় নদীর পনি দিয়ে ধান চাষের মাধ্যমে । যাইহোক এবার আসি মুল প্রসংঙ্গে আপনি কিভাবে চলনবিলে আসবেন এবং চলনবিলে এলে দেখার মতই বা কি আছে ? যেহেতু চলনবিল উত্তর বঙ্গের নাটোর সিরাজগঞ্জ এবং পাবনা জেলার মধ্যে আবস্থিত সেইজন্য আপনি যদি সিলেট ঢাকা অথবা চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগ থেকে আসতে চান তাহলে আপনাকে আসতে হবে ঢাকা হয়ে, ঢাকা থেকে রাজশাহীর গাড়িতে সিরাজগঞ্জ আথবা নাটোরের কাছিকাটা তে নামবেন । কাছিকাটা দিয়ে যাবার ক্ষেত্রে কাছিকাটা থেকে ৮ কি.মি দুরে চাঁচকৈর বাজার । চাঁচকৈর বাজার থেকে ৫-৬ কি. মি. দুরে চলনবিলের প্রান্ত ঘেষে খুবজীপুর গ্রামে গড়ে উঠা চলনবিল জাদুঘর । আর চলনবিল জাদুঘরের পরেই পাবেন সেই কাংঙ্খিত চলনবিল । আপনি যদি দক্ষিন বঙ্গ থেকে অর্থৎ খুলনা আথবা বরিশাল থেকে আসতে চান তাহলে আপনাকে খুলনা রুট ব্যবহার করে আসতে হবে । খুলনা খেকে ঢাকার গাড়িতে (যে গাড়িগুলা যমুনা ব্রীজ হয়ে যায়) সেই গাড়িতে চরে নামতে হবে একই রুট সেই কাছিকাটা অথবা সিরাজগঞ্জ । তারপরে একইভাবে পৌছে যাবেন চলনবিল জাদুঘরে । তারপর চলনবিল ভ্রমন শুরু । ইচ্ছা করলে আপনি চলনবিল জাদুঘর ভ্রমন করেই চলনবিলের উদ্দেশ্য  বেরতে পারেন । অথবা চলনবিল ভ্রমন শেষে আপনার অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে চলনবিল জাদুঘর ভ্রমন করতে পারেন । আসলে চলনবিলতো আনেক বড় যায়গা তাই এক যায়গাতে ঘুরে এর কিছুই দেখা সম্ভব না । তাই আগেই পরিকল্পনা করে নেওয়া ভাল যে আপনি কোথায় কোথায় ঘুরতে যাবেন । আপনি বর্ষা মৌসুমে যদি কখনো ঢাকা থেকে রাজশাহীর উদ্দেশ্যে যাত্রা করেন যমুনা সেতু পার হবার পর থেকে সিরাজগঞ্জ থেকে নাটোর যাবার সংযোগ সরকে আপনি নিশ্চিত ভিন্ন ধরনের এক অনুভতি পাবেন । রাস্তার দুই পাশে নিরব পানির ঝলকানি তাকালে যেন চোখ জুরিয়ে যায় । যখন আপনি চলনবিলের মাঝদিয়ে ভ্রমন করবেন দেখবেন চলনবিলের মাঝে প্রতিটি গ্রামকে মনে হবে এক একটি করে দ্বীপ । বর্ষা মৌসুমে ওই গ্রামগুলাতে যাবার একমাত্র উপায় নৌকা । অন্যরকম এক ভাললাগা কাজ করে বিল ভ্রমনে বের হলে । তবে মনে রাখবেন বিল ভ্রমনে বেরনোর আগে অবশ্যই চারপাশের আবহাওয়ার আবস্থা নিশ্চিৎ হওয়া চাই । কারন বিল দেখতে সুন্দর হলেও বিলের ওই বড় বড় ঢেই গুলো কিন্তু আপনার জীবনকে আসুন্দর পর্যায়ে নিয়েযেতে দ্বিধা করবে না । তাই বিল ভ্রমনে বের হবার আগে আরেকবার করে আবহাওয়া পরিস্থিতি পরখ করে নিন । আজকে আর চলনবিলের দর্শনিয় স্থান নিয়ে আলোচলা করতে পারছিনা । ক্লান্তি এসে পরেছে সামনের পোস্টে আলচনা করে তার লিংঙ্কটি এখানে দিয়ে রাখবো । সবার সুন্দর ভ্রমন প্রত্যাশায় আজকের মত এখানেই বিদায় নিচ্ছি ।

চলনবিলে প্রযুক্তি শিক্ষার আলো ছড়াচ্ছে নৌকাস্কুল ।

পোস্টটি করতে পেরে আমি নিজেকে আনন্দিতই মনে করছি । এই বিষয়ে একটি পোস্ট ইংরেজীতে করেছি কিন্ত মন মানলনা তাই আবার বাংলাতে করছি । মনেপড়ে সেই দিন গুলির কথা যখন আমারা সবাই নৌকা স্কুলে পড়তাম । দিনগুলির কথা মনে পরলেই এখন আনন্দ অনুভব করি । “নৌকায় স্কুল”  বিষয়টা ভাবতেই কেমন যেন লাগে । আমারা সাধারনত জানি নৌকা দিয়ে মানুষ যাতায়াত কারে পারাপার হয়, কিন্তু নৌকা দিয়ে স্কুল সেটা কিভাবে? নৌকাকে জিনি স্কুলে রূপান্তর করেছেন তিনি হলেন স্থপতি রেজয়ানুল হক । অসাধারন এক প্রতিভার মানুষ । যার প্রতিটা চিন্তা আমাকে অনুপ্রানিত করে । যাইহোক চলেআসি আমার নিজের গল্পে, আমি তখন ক্লাস সিক্সে পড়ি । তখন আমাদের এলাকাতে নৌকাস্কুল সবে যাত্রা শুরু করেছে । আমরা সবাই বিস্মিত হতাম যথন নৌকাস্কুল আত্রাই নদী দিয়ে যেত । আমরা সবাই ভাবতাম এটা আবার কি?

যাইহোক প্রতিদিন স্কুলে যাই আসি আর আসার সময় দেখি নদীর ঘাটে ওই নৌকা দারানো তখন এ বিষয়ে কিছু ভাবতাম না । মনে হত কোন কারনে দারিয়ে আছে আবার কিছুক্ষন পর চলে যাবে । কিন্তু লক্ষ করি ওই নৌকা নিয়মিতই ওখানে দারায় এবং নির্দিষ্ট সময় অন্তর ছেড়ে যায় । নৌকাগুলো দেখতে ছিল অদ্ভুত যেমন নৌকাগুলোর উপরে একটি ঘড় সেই ঘড়ের উপর আবার ৮-১০ টি সোলার প্যানেল লাগানো, ভেতরে আবার কম্পিউটার এবং লাইব্রেরী(তবে এগুলো নৌকার ভেতর যাবার আগে জানতাম না) যাইহোক একদিন স্কুল থেকে ফেরার সময় কৌতুহল থেকেই নৌকার কাছে এগিয়ে গেলাম । বাহিরে দারিয়ে ভেতর দিকে একটি উকি দিলাম দেখলাম কয়েকজন মানুষ বসে আছে আর দুই থেকে তিনজন দুইটি কম্পিউটার চালাচ্ছে এবং তাদের কে এক মহিলা মম্পিউটার চালানো শেখাচ্ছে।  কিছুক্ষন দারাতেই শাপলা ম্যাডাম অর্থাৎ সেই কম্পিউটার ট্রেইনার মহিলা বাহিরের দিকে এগিয়ে আসলেন এবং আমাকে জিঙ্গেস করলেন, “তোমার নাম কি?” এবং বললেন “ভেতরে আসো” । আমি একটু অবাক হলাম কারন আমি ওখানকার কিছুই জানতাম না তাহলে কেন আমাকে ভেতরে যেতে বলছে । যাইহোক শংসয় নিয়েই ভেতরে ঢুকলাম । ভেতরে যাবার পর এক ভাই(লাইব্রেরিয়ান) আমাকে বললো সেল্ফ থেকে বই নাও নিয়ে পড় । আমি একটি গল্পের বই নিলাম এবং পড়তে শুরু করলাম । এবং ভাবছিলাম এরা অযথা কেন আমাকে পড়তে বলছে? পড়ছিলাম এবং কম্পিউটার শেখানো দেখছিলাম । সেই সময়ে গ্রাম বাংলায় কম্পিউটার বিষয়টা বলতে গেলে একেবারেই অপরিচিত ছিল । আমি অবাক হচ্ছিলাম কারন একেত কম্পিউটার একেবারেই অপরিচিত তারউপর দেখি কম্পিউটারটি একটি পিচ্ছি বাচ্চা চালাচ্ছে । আমি অবাক এবং বিস্মিত দুটো একসাথেই হচ্ছিলাম কারন বিষয় গুলা আমার কাছে অদ্ভুত লাগছিল । এর মধ্যে ম্যডাম (শাপলা ম্যাডাম) এসে আমাকে বললেন তুমি কালথেকে নিয়মিত আসবে, লাইব্রেরী থেকে বই নেবে এবং কম্পিউটার শিখবে । আমি শুনেতো  ‍পুরা হতবাক । আমি এই নৌকা বিষয়ে কিছু যানিনা এবং আমি এখানকার ছাত্রও না এমনকি আজকে আমি এখানে ভর্তিও হই নাই । তাহলে কিভাবে আমি কাল থেকে এখানে শেখা শুরু করবো । তবে যাইহোক বিষয়টাতে আমি খুবি আনন্দিত হচ্ছিলাম এবং ভেতরে ভেতরে শিহরণ অনুভব করছিলাম যে কালথেকে আমি কম্পিউটার শিখবো? । সত্যিই আশ্চার্য্য লাগছিল সেই মুহুর্তে । আমার মনে আছে সেই রাতে আমার ভাল ঘুম হয়নি । শুধু কম্পিউটার নিয়ে ভেবেছিলাম । তার পর থেকে ওই যে কম্পিউটারের প্রেমে পরলাম এখনো ছাড়তে পারি না এবং ভবিষ্যতেও এটা ছাড়া সম্ভব না । তারপর থেকে আমার শেখা চলতেই থাকলো ক্লাস টেন অবধি । আমাদেরকে শেখাতো এবং মাসে একদিন করে প্রোগ্রামে নিয়ে যেত । প্রোগ্রামটা হল যে দিন বিদেশ থেকে ভিসিটর আসত সেই দিনটাকে  প্রোগ্রাম বলা হত । প্রতি ১৫ দিন অন্তর অন্তর বিভিন্ন দেশ থেকে ভিসিটর আসতো এবং আমাদেরকে অনেক কিছু জিজ্ঞেস করত তারপর যদি নৌকার কার্যক্রম ভাল লাগতো তাহলে ডোনেট করে চলে যেত । ওদের শেখানোর শিডিউলটা ছিল ঠিক এইরকম সপ্তাহে

তিন দিন নৌকাস্কুল আসতো এবং বাকি তিন দিন অন্য এলাকায় যেত । এক দিনে একটি নৌকা তিনটি ঘাটে শেখাতো প্রথম সকাল ৯ টায় এক ঘাটে তারপরে দুপুর ১১ টায় আরেক ঘাটে এবং দুপুর ১টায় আরেক ঘাটে । প্রতি দিন কম্পিউটার শেখানোর পাশাপাশি শেখানো হত ইন্টারনেট । তখন ইন্টারনেটের স্পিড এতোটাই স্লো ছিল যা বলার মত না । তারপরেও আমাদেরকে শেখাতো ওই স্পিড দিয়েই ।  নৌকায় ৮-১০ টি সোলার প্যানেল ছিল সেই ছোলার দিয়ে ব্যাটারি গুলা চার্জ হত তারপর সেই ব্যাটারি থেকে IPS দিয়ে বিদ্যূৎ উৎপাদন করে কম্পিউটার চালানো হত । নৌকার ভেতরের সেকশন ছিল দুইটি একটি হল কম্পিউটার ট্রেনিং সেকশন এবং আরেকটি হল লাইব্রেরী এবং একেবারে পেছনে থাকতো ইঞ্জিন রুম এবং নৌকাচালকের থাকার রুম । সত্যিই ভেতর টা অসাধারন ছিল । ভেতরে ঢুকলে মনে হত আমি অ্যমেরিকার কোন একটি জায়গাতে বেরাতে এসেছি । আর এই সকল নৌকা গুলো ডিজাইন করেছিলেন এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা স্থপতি রেজুয়ানুল হক নিজে ।  রেজয়ানিুল হক যে প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে এই মহতি কার্যক্রম চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম শীধুলাই স্বর্নিভর সংস্থা আপনাদের আরেকটি বিষয় বলা হয়িনি তা হল এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের যাবতিয় কার্যক্রম সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি । এরা কোন স্টুডেন্টের কাছ থেকে কোন টাকা পয়সা নেয় না এই প্রযুক্তি শিক্ষা দেবার জন্য । এবং এই অনন্য অবদানের জন্য এই সংস্থা বিভিন্ন অন্তর্জাতিক সম্মাননা ঘড়ে তুলেছেন । তার মধ্য উল্লেখযগ্য হল জতিসংঘ্য থেকে পুরস্কার পাওয়া 2007 সালে । এবং তাদের কাযক্রমের জন্য বি.বি.সি,  সি. এন. এন, আলজাজিরা সহ বলতে গেলে সকল আন্তরজাতিক মিডিয়াতেই তারা ফিচার হয়েছে । এই সংস্থা বর্তমানে শুধু আমাদের জেলা নাটোরেই নয় পাশের জেলা পাবনা এবং সিরাজগঞ্জেও কার্যক্রম শুরু করেছে । শীধুলাই শুধু প্রান্তিক পর্যায়ে প্রযুক্তির আলো ছরিয়েই সিমাবদ্ধ নেই তারা বিভিন্ন সময় বিভিন্ন স্থানে মানুষের মাছে কৃষি বিষয়ক ট্রেনিং এবং নদী ভাংঙ্গন প্রতিরোধ বিষয়ক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে থাকে তারা যে এলাকাতে এখন বিদ্যৎ পৌছায়নি সেই এলাকার বাচ্চাদের লেখাপরার জন্য চার্জার ল্যাম্প প্রদান করে । নৌকা খেকে ল্যাম্প গুলা নিয়ে যায় চার্জ ফুরিয়ে গেলে আবার নৌকায় নিয়ে এসে চার্জ দিয়ে নিয়ে যায় ।  সত্যিই নৌকা স্কুলের একজন ছাত্র হয়ে আমি নিজেকে গর্বিতই মনে করি । তোমার কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে যাও নৌকা স্কুল হাজার হাজার বছর এটাই আমাদের কামনা ।

For many days I have been thinking about producing or finding a complete video on Chalanbil. Finally this task is done. So in this case I have nothing to say that how much pleased he (The director of this film) became about the beauty of Chalanbil that he produce this film. It nothing to say that how the beauty of Chalanbil made him pleased. And how much inspiration he got for producing this film. Exactly it's impossible that you can describe the beauty of anything in words.  It need to be there. So, lets have fun in Chalan Beel And discover the life system and beauty of Chalanbil (চলনবিল).

Climate Change impact in Bangladesh

The Member of Parliament (MP) of United Kingdom Greg Clark had visited Bangladesh three years ago for seeing the impact of climate change that are happening in Bangladesh. The amazing information that he had collected during his visit that are really true. And now a days this is common scenario in Bangladesh that sea height are rising and people are getting worried about it. But they are not actually responsible for it.

What will happen when the 20% land of Bangladesh will go under water and the people will start to looking for shelter for their existence? Does people who are responsible for this climate change think about it? We don't know. But the time is going and the storm is coming toward us. So we have to rise our voice, otherwise no way will left. Bangladesh is not responsible for this whole event at all, but why only Bangladesh have to suffer for this reason. Here is an action plan that are produce by Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of Peoples republic of Bangladesh. That is "Bangladesh Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan 2009" This action plan is good but Bangladesh alone it's impossible to survive for this plan. When the see height will rise by 2 or 3 feet then 20% of land of southern part of Bangladesh will go under water. Then how the poor and landless people will survive? It's the question to modern industrialized society who are greatly responsible for this evil. Here is a documentary on climate change produced by Discovery Channel. The Climate change what you need to know. Just watch this and discover that climate change not only matter of worry for Bangladesh but also for other developed country. But it's true that Bangladesh will be the great victims of it.

Now a days sea water have started to rise in southern part of Bangladesh. And also the impact of Global Warming have started to fall into northern part of Bangladesh. Generally the north Bengle became hotter than other part of Bangladesh when summer starts and became cooler than other part of Bangladesh when Winter starts. and usually summer and winter were stayed there in same portion. But now the scenario have changed summer that means hotter day are becames longer than winter like 6 or 7 month and winter becames shorter than before like 2 or 3 month in  a year. And it's very possible that soon it can be started to snowfall in this part of Bangladesh. Rainfall decreased in north Bengle that's why farmers can't cultivate and grow proper crops in their fields. And for water crisis fish can not be grown in Chalanbil. For Climate change the southern part of Bangladesh will go under water and the northern part of Bangladesh will be desert. That is the reality. For having a better world please help us to fight against this evil cause you know Bangladesh alone can't prevent this evil. Interesting childhood in Chalanbil.

How was your childhood? Can you remember it? Absolutely this picture are knocking you to remembering your childhood again. And that all was so interesting, wan't it? Every memory of our life came into live when we see such a picture like this. Here i am going to write something about our childhood which we spend in our village in Chalanbil(a water land). In Chalanbil(a water land) how child enjoy all over the year just from summer to winter lets discover it. In my early article which was The season in Chalanbil I wrote about the season system in Chalanbil(a water land). So geographically here in Bangladesh we have six season like summer, Monsoon, Autumn, Late Autumn, Winter and Spring. If you a traveler or planing to travel for long time then traveling in Chalanbil(a water land) will be a great idea for you. Person who love nature should once travel in Chalanbil(a water land). Many foreigner come to travel in Bangladesh and sometimes they travel through the major city in Bnagladesh but not in great land Chalanbil cause they sometimes didn't come to know about it for the lake of information. If you are a nature lover and traveler you can't stay in your room after reading this article. Exactly every season is colorful in Chalanbil and people including children they enjoy the color of it. In winter  children enjoy to go to their school and they love to play all day long. They play different kind of game cause that time Chalanbil turn into desert and everywhere in Chalanbil became dried so children enjoy to play at that time. Not only winter rainy season also enjoyable for children. In rainy day playing football and jumping into river is a great game for children. Without obeying parents commands and forbid travelling

randomly throw out the sea-like Bil(water land) and pond and river by banana tree's boat and Dingy Boat is all day long was great experience. Climbing up long tree then jumping into river was general scenario for children. Yes from my life when i was child we had a gang of four of five friends. In rainy season everyday we take our bath in Bil or river or in any pond and during our bath we did something special  like we go to our school, all friends together climb up top of the school building and then from there we jumped into the pond or we were gone under any high tree which was situated near any pond or Bil or river then we climbed up to the tree's head and after reaching the top of that tree we jump into the pond or to the river really these all was incredible moment of my life I still can't forgot it. And in every afternoon we played football in our school field but if the school field were flooded then we played football in other place like any paddy field or road side. After playing for long time in wet and dirty land we had got tired and dirty. And finally for clearing our-self we were again gone into the river for taking bath all together for long time again, After finishing we returned to our home. And everyday when drops of rain began to fall into the field none can stop us from getting wet with rain water. Our childhood were so naughty and enjoyable that it always makes me happy when i remember it. When irrigation started

then all day long people worked in field. And that was one of the great season when we enjoyed summer heat. During irrigation those five or six month in Chalanbil usually it seemed very hot, And in winter the north part of Bangladesh became so cooler when winter start.

And again it usually became so hotter when summer start, perhaps the reason is the north Bengle is near to Himaloy(Freeze water Hill) which situated between India and Nepal that's why usually when winter start then north Bengle became so cooler. The Lalpur, a Upazila of Natore is the hottest place in Bangladesh that usually means that  whole north Bengle became hotter than the other part of Bangladesh in summer season. The cause is that in summer season all the river of north bengle began to dry and they got dried. After turning everywhere into desert there then start crisis for water that usually doesn't happen in other part of Bangladesh..That what happen in other area is Arsenic problem but in north bengle arsenic is not always the matter of worry. And if water crisis happen in other area besides Chalanbil then the crisis couldn't became the reason of worry like what happened in north part of Bangladesh. But now our government trying hard to solve the problem and it's almost solved. However these all was enjoyable. Summer, hot, winter, cold everything was enjoyable in Chalanbil. Flying kite walking alone to the street during was one of the most enjoyable things to me. In Chalanbil when irrigation almost finished then kite flying season was started that all was incredible memory for my life. All the children from different village they gathered together with their kite in hand and thrown it kite into the sky. When all the kite started to fly in the sky that seems so good and incredible. Thus we have passed our childhood in my own village in Chalanbil. And really when I remember these kinds of memories it's makes me feel happy but when the imaginary session over then i came into the real life and realize that how enjoyable was that days!!!

Boat School an Education revolution in Chalanbil

Boat school I think this concept is new, not only new it's really a great concept. Close your eyes and think for one time that in Bangladesh like a poor developing country who can show this courage to implement this concept? Student need not to go to school, school will come to student. He is Md. Rezwan he is the owner of Shidhulai Shawnirvar Shangstha (SSS). And he established Boat school in Chalanbil by that organization.Why i am writing this article, cause once I was a student of Boat school. And I know how effective this concept that school will come to student. Why school will come to student we will discuss it down to the article. Here i am going to tell you my experience  being student of  boat school from my study life in boat school. Ok Let's start. In 2004 I was in high school and studying in class 6. Before 2000(A.D) in Bangladesh the concept of computer was rare and actually most of the people they didn't know about it and those who know about it he thought that computer is very costly and it's hard to learn. It's our fortune that we had some curious young boys who had passion for computer and among them I think Rezwan was one. However, when i was in class six in 2004 then Boat school were came to our Ghat(A place of river bank where boat school stopped).
Everyday when i was going i noticed that boat school are stayed in that Ghat. And one question always occurred in my mind that what happen inside that boat. I was always curious for knowing why they come here in our Ghat. I was really curious about that school. One day when I was coming back to my home from school. I saw that Boat school are there in our Ghat. Then I was thinking that I should go there. From my curiosity I had gone near to that school and try to see inside that school.  And I became wondered that a small boy operating computer. Seeing this I became amazed and just keep it continuing to see. Then the computer trainer madam come out to the boat and request me to enter that school. Despite hesitation to enter, I entered that school, and seriously I discovered a new world or revelation in my area (Chalanbil). What an idea established by Mr. Rezwan!!! In the min time i discovered that inside that school there are two section One is Library section and another is Computer training section. And frankly that day in 2004 I first operate a computer. It was really incredible moment for me. And from then gradually i became a student and fan of Boat school. And now the point should be discuss that why school will come to student without student going to school?

Yes it should be discuss. The cause is, in Chalanbil when rainy season began then most of the area of Chalanbil go under the water. Then it's became very hard for student to go to their school and maintain their academic life. It was the first reason to Mr. Rezwan that if he build a platform where student can continue their study during the rainy season. Then it will help their study life. And next two or three reason was. In Chalanbil area here most of the people are farmer and actually student they don't know about advanced technology and they don't have any chance to learn technology. From this thinking Sir Rezwan Build a platform which is boat school. Where student can learn about advance Technology, Computer, Internet etc. He made it possible by setting at lest 8-10 solar panel above every Boat School and then setting 2-3 piece of computer in each and every Boat. Inside the boat there are a huge library and a computer training room.

And from there student get the opportunity to borrow book for a week to study, and learn computer and advance Technology. Sometimes when I was a student of boat school, foreigner come to visit us and learn the activity of that school. They questioned us about that school and wanted to learn about the activity of that school. They became so happy after seeing this that student in this area are getting better Technology education from this School. And finally if they became happy they made a donation for that Organization. You know that that organization was a non-profit organization and all of their effort was free of cost. I think every good work became free of cost. Just imagine about Salman Khan and his Khan Academny, Jemmy Wales and his great contribution Wikipedia all that great effort are free. So here is the great contribution that made by a Curious person Mr. Rezwan is Shidhulai Sawnirvar Shangstha.  That was really great. Till now I missed the day i spend in that school.

Besides spreading Technology and great education light Shidhulai Shawnirvar Shangstha (SSS) Operate many different operation like, arising consciousness about child marriage, operating campaign for saving the river. and particularly they trained farmer in Chalanbil. And besides giving training they also supply good seeds for our farmer and tell them how to cultivate well. And the very amazing thing is that all the effort of this organization is Free. And for this social welfare effort of this organization they got award from UN(United Nation) and featured in thousands of media local and International including BBC CNN .  And they also awarded from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for their effort. I love this organization I love this Boat till after leaving Boat school I didn't seen any advanced school  like this school. Chalanbil is a dream land in Bangladesh. Now a day its getting damage. Please come forword to Save this beel, and also save Bangladesh form environmental change. আমার দেশ বাংলাদেশ, Bangladesh is my country. Although our country is very small but, there have more nicely things. Chalanbil is one of them. That is charm our deeply.

Paddy Field of Chalanbil but now watered

This is one of the paddy field among many of paddy field in Chalanbil. In every season it's looks different. During rainy season the Chalanbil filled up with water. If you look around you can see water  is everywhere. In rainy season the scenario of Chalanbil have changed. It's looks very beautiful. Here in Bangladesh geographically we have 6 season like Summer, Monsoon, Autumn, Late Autumn, Winter and Spring, In every season the appearance of Chalanbil have changed. In rainy season it filled up with water, in summer it's looks like a desert. And in winter it's looks very great. Everywhere in Chalanbil farmers cultivate crops. And then if you travel throw Chalanbil like if you  became a traveler from Dhaka to Rajshahi then you can discover the beauty of Chalanbil during your journy. Just look around you when you are in travel you can see that farmers are working in their paddy field  many are planting different kinds of crops like Onion, Garlic, etc and everywhere in there are working environment. And obviously being a Citizen of Chalanbil area  I know that area of Chalanbil looks different than other part of Bangladesh.
